This week I have been making a letter from Ma it was quite challenging to make my letter from Ma because I had to think a lot what Ma had to say to her kids. This week I used:  My computer to write a letter,  then Mrs Kennedy photocopied my letter, and finally, I put some tea bags on to make it old but the paper, it constantly on tearing lacily not all the words are good. I think my old letter is SUPERNOVA! because it looks old and different just like the picture that I had in my head! Here is a pitcher of My letter:

This week I have been making a vertical rain out of cardboard boxes it was challenging. For my project I worked with, Kaitlin and Kiarna we worked really well with each other. My favorite part was panting the boxes but we started running out of time so we rushed a little but we cared the next morning and finished. I think our first creation in Whetu is a SUPERNOVA because we all put a lot of effort, it was just like how we wanted it to be.

Over the last week, I have been working on my visual Pepeha it was fun I loved every bit. I am proud of all my photos because it is representing my family and where I come from. What I found challenging was trying to glue my yellow star onto my other star with all my coloring perfect. So me and mum kept on gluing it on and off. I worked with Mum, Victoria, Kaitlin, and Kiarna to create my whanau star.

Something that I was nervous about when starting the new year at school was going into a new class and do completely different things. Something that has surprised me this week is that Whetu dose water slides and fun water activities that I’v never did before.  The activity I have enjoyed the most this week is probably all the water games because I hardly got wet!   A goal I have for myself this year is to learn my time's tables off by heart.   What I am most looking forward to this year is starting inquiries. Someone who has helped me so far is the really kind year sixes they helped me with all sorts of things like setting up my blog, helping me with my avatar and my one of my book back rewind.
