 This week for the Whetu challenge we are making Christmas wrapping paper on google drawings. I did the kiwi Christmas wrapping I thought of families things that they do. I loved this Whetu challenge I really enjoyed making this. Here it is:  

Mrs Taaffe came to the class and she confest that she stole the chocolates and the HDMI cored. She stole the milky ways and the HDMI cored. In Whetu in the Milky way space around the TV.   Mrs Taaffe needed to use the cored and saw the milky ways in the jar and took some. She had parked at the offers and turned the alarm off in and saw the HDMI plug and saw the milky way jar.  On Sunday 11 th of October 3:58 pm.

This week on one of the blog challenges it was Halloween. It was tricky but fun learning all about it I don't celebrate it. Here is the google drawing that I did it on:

 This week I did something new a task on Whoogle that I haven't done. These weeks Grammar Cop the spaces, on the sheet were either He or Him. I enjoyed this entirety I would do it again. Here it is: 

 This week for the letter of the letter was C. This week one was a little easy and a little hard. I enjoyed this week's one. Here is the link: Letter of the week C

 Yesterday it was athletics and it was very fun. My favorites were shot put and long jump in the shot put I came 3d and I don't know about long jump they did not tell us. We also did sprints the first sprint I came second to last in the 100 meters I came 4th and in the 200 meters I came second to last. I felt so good when I came 4th it was my first time ever coming it. I'm not a very athletic person and neither is my family but I'm the first one to go to one of the finals.  I was so nervous at first but all of my friends were there to cheer me on. I'm so excited about going to HP (Haruki Plans athletics day).  The hardest one was 200 meters sprints.  And I also bend my second two on my right foot and Lara my friend let me lay my foot on her leg.

 This week for the blog challenge we did one about Police offers. I had a lot of fun doing it and found some very interesting things. This was one of my favorites Must-dos out of it all. Here is a photo of it:

 Today for the rotation we were dusting with special dust and bush. I and Victoria were dusting our fingerprints and we notest we both had a Loop on our left finger. Mrs Kenndy put a little bit of dust powder and we got the brush and started twoling it around went we saw the fingerprint and it was clear we got a piece of tape and put it of the print on the window we stuck it on and pushed the fingerprint and ripped the piece of tape off and put it on a piece of black paper. Here it  is:

 This week for some rotations one of them was fingerprints. We tock our own and we did it with ink. We got this sheet and we put our fingerprints on the sheet. I have 5 arches 2 loops and 3 Worls. Here is the sheet:

 This term we are doing a mystery and there are all sorts of things you have to look cefely. We got put into gropes and the people in my group are Tayla B, Kiarna, Alex, and  Michel M. There is even tape that has:  Police Crime Scene over and over again we can walk through one of the doors because we need to freeze the sense. 

 This week for the other Mystery it was an emoji one. I worked by myself again and some questions were so so easy and some were a little challenging. Here is my answer:

I have really enjoyed Chapter Chat, the Whetu challenge, and the challenges that I did in homeroom time. This week I have improved in my TT rock star time to 1.62 now. This week has been fun I am looking forward to next week and also no Friday too so Thursday will be the last day next week I can't believe it is Friday wall Friyay! week 9. I've been enjoying free play mostly went it is a nice day it is the beginning of spring. The most thing that I'm looking floured to next team we can start SWIMMING!  This week for Chapter Chat I did the disc tack. I really enjoyed it! It took me 3 days to make it I kept thinking how can I make this a SUPERNOVA ?  Here are some photos of my  SUPERNOVA

 This week for one of the must-dos we had to do a Maori phrase. Victoria helped film me because it was difficult to do the filming by myself. I matched Coved-19 because we need to unit agents it Here is my SUPERNOVA video: I'm sorry but the Video is not working sadly 😥😥

 This week ended of doing the leaning constellation doc so we are now doing stuff on Whoogle. This week we did a Maths challenge I did it with Victoria and we really enjoyed it and enjoyed working together. This week it was a bit easy. Here is the answer that we got:

 This weekend I am going to cooks beach and I might even do some carving with wood. My Granny and grandpa live at Cooks beach they use to live in Pukekohe and now they are renovating the Cooks beach bach. 🌊  I like swimming in the sea and SPLASH Jacob! in the summer I say to myself self "Lara it is spring nelly summer"! I like my granny because she makes the yummiest muffins and banana cake too. I like my grandpa because of 1. He is good at cooking like granny 2. He told Me and Jacob how to do woodwork is his shed. I could fill this whole post up with cool things about them.  Here is a photo with my family on it (There are way more people than this) There is,  Aunty Rachel  Aunty Fran Ancle Andrew Granny  Granpa  Mum Jacob  and Me!

 This week I joined the cooking group and we made the soup I'm not the biggest fan of soup. In the first season, we did something that we would and shouldn't do things in the kitchen. The second one we did all the chopping the vegetables and put them in the vegetables in the pot. The third day we ate it was ok but not as good as my granny and grandpas soup I have to admit this one was a vegetable soup but there's is a  Pumpkin one. Now, this photo mite wonder if I liked the soup went I did but that face is because it was hot!

 This team for Literacy Rapu we had to chose a person to learn about. I chose Sir Peter Jackson he is a famous movie director and he did the lord of the rings, The Hobbit and a Tintin movie I wanted to know move about him. So I lacked Mrs Kennedy to photocopy the doc I made so I could decorate the paper. Here is my SUPERNOVA learning:

                                                                   MY ART!! This team for art we were doing pop art it was so fun I really enjoyed it. I did Alexander Hamilton logo it was really tricky shaping the body. There was no easy but it was all hard. I showed resilience in my art it was not easy.   Here it is:

 For the opt-in workshops, I did chapter chat and the task I did was Art drawing Rosses head floating (From the book Wink). I used pastels and sharpies I'm not the best at pastels but the only way is to get better at it by using it more. I worked by myself and came up with, the idea that does something that is out of my comfort zone. There was no easy but it was mostly all hard.   Here it is:

 This week for Maths Mahi challenge we were doing Enlargements. I found it a little tricky with all the boxes. I did a hard one and an easy one.  Here is my maths Mahi:

  Cross Country Reflection 2020 This year I participated in the NPS Cross Country held at school on the Ngatea Domain.  I ran in the 9 age group. I am most proud of the effort that I put in the training because running is not my thing I find that my asthma comes in.    I think my effort towards our training at school was quite good. Sometimes I feel like I could have done more. I showed the Learning Power of Resilience by keeping on trying. I did not get to do the whole race because I got so sick.

This week for maths Mahi we had to cut out shapes and form them together. I found it chalinginge because there were lots of tiny pots. My cube started cradling I used some glue and that did not stick so I looked for tap and there was nun there. Here is my cube:   

 This week for chapter the creation one was making a freakout scale and I really wanted to do that one so I did. I found most challenging was thinking "how do I make this a supernova" easiest part was doing the planning because it's just a plan and you can change it on the way. I also made a bookmark with Ross (Mane character) Here are both of them: 

For the Whetu challenge, we had to make a google drawing and chose one of these: Simssins, Incredibles, pepper pig, porpintrol, Scooby-Doo, SpongeBob,  Mickey mouse, or Mowana. Also, we had to do it in the leaning groups I worked with Haven and Lachlan, and Eli was not here. My group chose the Incredibles, so we did do so of the characters I did Jack Jack he is the baby in The Incredibles. The hardest part was outlining it because you had to do it on the exact line. The easiest part was archery seeing all the others. My group did not get to finish because we did not have very much time or people. This week for awer maths Mahi one of the tarsk was drawing and it had half of the person's face and we have to draw the other side of it. I found the tricky to do because you really needed to mesha it and make shower that its right. Also, I'm putting my answers from my maths Mahi in my maths book. Here they are:

This Friday we did an Egg drop challenge. I worked with Shanae and Max G they were a good team with me and Shanae did some planing and it was pretty easy because he agreed. The hardest bit was when the time started running out and I feel like we could do more. For this challenge, we used: 2 sheets of newspaper (just boring news on there) tap, sisers, 3 straws, string, and balloon. Shanae wanted to make a trampoline but the balloon was too small so we took the there balloon away. We went on the grandstand and dropped the egg a the creation on the concrete the egg slightly opened (It was rower) I loved the challenge it was so fun!!     Here is me and my group:

This week we needed to finish the pazil before Thursday so I finished it. I found the most challenging part was citing and gluing because you needed it perfect. The easiest part was coluring it because you could do whatever you want. Here is my SUPERNOVA:

My Term 2, 2020 Reflection The new learning activity that I have enjoyed the most this term is TT rock stars because I have learned so many more times tables, I only know the 10, 1, and 3 but now I know so much more.  Something that has challenged me this term has been the number of the day because I’m not the best at math and the number of the day has really made me think. The Whetu Challenge I enjoyed the most was the tense ball challenge because I liked designing the tawer and making it stand we did not get to finish but it still stood and looked good and the tense ball did fit on the tawer but it did fall off.  The opt-in workshop I enjoyed the most was the pompom balls because you had to roll up the cloth and make it in a pompom bird. An aim I have for my learning is to get up to a rock hero before my brother because I’m so close to a rock legend in TT rock stars. 

This week for the blog challenge was you had wan 10,00 dollars and where you travel to. I chose the gold coast because we were supposed to go but lockdown come along. I found this week's blog challenge was really hard and still easy. Here is my SUPERNOVA blog challenge: Here is the link :

EGG CARTON CREATION This week for our Whetu Challenge I penguins using egg cartons. I did not get to finish because we had to do it in a binotular time I what have made more penguins. I find the egg cartons hard to cut so I have to find a new peer of scissors that were left-handed . The easiest part was panting because you just had to go sid to sid each time. I used a paper, egg carton pant, and cardboard. Here it is:

Last weekend I made a Jesus Christ superstar seen out of lego. It was so hard making the hill because I needed to find the pieces to hold it up and to do all the colors on the panton. The very hardest part was raping the string on the cross and the person because it Kept on unwrapping itself. The easiest bit was making the little set because I did not have to play around to make it stand. I think this is a SUPERNOVA. (I spent hours on it) Here is my Jesus Christ superstar seen:

This week for the Matariki pastille we had to look at a google slide to get the facts on the pace of paper and then color it when you are done. The hardest part was finding the side's facts. I think it is a SUPERNOVA. Here is one of the pasills:

This week for the blog challenge I had to design my new bedroom room. I really wanted to put my family in there to like when we went to Hobbiton for my birthday, the music calls that we watched, lord of the rings, the hobbit and so much more but the space I had could not fit all of the things I would like to. I really enjoyed this week's blog challenge because you put whatever you want in it. I think this week my work is a SUPERNOVA. Here it is:    And here is the garish:

This week for the must do's there was a Matariki task. I found it easy because you just put all the imfimashon on the doc. I flit we had t do it in one day. I think my Matariki is a shooting star I think I can do better next time and put more infermoshon in it. Here is my Matariki task this week:

On Saturday it was a surprise day and my family came and we had a big lunch it was so good. I got to play the violin ( I was really good) After they left we watched the hobbit that I really enjoyed it. Aunty Fran, aunty rach, ancle Andrew, granny, and grandpa, came to have lunch they made delusions food. It was good seeing them again. Here is my family: 

Today I made a hobbit hole out of clay. I made Sam and Rose's hobbit hole from Lord of the rings I really like Lord of the rings my favorite character is Sam I feel like he is the hero. It was very hard to make because it had tiny little details like the little flowers. But I really enjoyed it (I even listened to the shire music) I think this is a SUPERNOVA work. Today our challenge was to design an accurate paper plane. We were given a draft piece of paper to trial and a good piece to use once we had tested the accuracy of it. Before we started I thought this challenge was going to be hard because you had to put your paper plan in like a shed and it hat to be accurate. I decided to use the design of some drawings I know like, ice cream dripping down the paper plan. The hardest part was throwing the paper plan because you had to throw hard and softly. During our competition time, I managed to score 40 points or less I really struggled to keep it strat because my paper plan liked to go hight so if there was a commotion to go high and do tricks, I what win. Today I and Victoria did the math mystery about the Pencil case thief. I found the math challenge a little easy and hard I found the shape one really hard. I think it is the right answer. I what work with Victoria again. Here is the answer to the math mystery:

This week we had a stoyathon challenge about lockdown I  really enjoyed it. It was challenging because it was only 100 words no more no less. Storyathon is an app where you have a take to complete in a time limit. I this my storyathon work is a shooting star but I am still getting better the more challenges I do. This week for the synthesis eggs task we had to read an article about cheetahs. I found it very interesting because I did not know that people shot them. So we put all of the imfimashon on the synthesis egg doc but instead, I photo copper and glued it in my literacy book. I think my synthesis eggs is a SUPERNOVA.
